Amyra Wadhwa is a student at Pathways School Gurgaon and the founder of FastTrack Delhi. Her academic interests lie in design engineering, physics, and extended mathematics. She established a STEM Racing chapter at her school, where she took the proposal through registration, student outreach, and team selection, and was subsequently elected team manager. That experience led her to launch FastTrack Delhi, after observing the structures her own team had to build independently: an organised chapter, a governing framework, sponsorship, and funding. These are unavailable to most girls in low-resource communities, and their absence should not determine who is able to enter engineering competitions rather than their ability.
